目的:对不同木瓜种质资源花期生物学性状及孢粉学特征进行研究,为木瓜的种质资源鉴定以及新品种筛选提供理论基础。方法:采用田间生物统计与扫描电镜观察分析的方法对不同木瓜种质资源的生物学性状和孢粉学特性进行研究。结果:不同种的木瓜在花瓣的大小和雄蕊的数量上有显著差异。皱皮木瓜和日本木瓜花粉属于超长球形,极轴长与赤道轴长的比值>2;光皮木瓜、毛叶木瓜和西藏木瓜极轴长与赤道轴长的比值为1.87~1.93,属于长球形;花粉粒极轴长与赤道轴长的比值、表面纹饰和覆盖层穿孔等特征与木瓜种质亲缘关系密切。结论:木瓜植物学特征结合其孢粉学性状可作为鉴别不同种木瓜及木瓜变异品种归属的分类依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the flowering biological characters and palynological characteristics of different papaya germplasm resources, and provide the theoretical basis for the identification of papaya germplasm resources and the screening of new varieties. Methods: The biological characteristics and the palynological characteristics of different papaya germplasm resources were studied by field biostatistics and scanning electron microscopy. Results: Different species of papaya had significant differences in petal size and number of stamens. The ratio of the polar axis length to the equatorial axis length was> 2. The ratio of polar axis length to equatorial axis length was 1.87-1.93, belonging to the long Spherical; the pollen grains polar axis length and the ratio of the equatorial axis length, surface ornamentation and cover perforation and other characteristics of the close relationship with the papaya germplasm. Conclusion: The botany characteristics of papaya and their palynological traits can be used as the basis for classification of different varieties of papaya and papaya var.
