Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise and the basis for employees’ thinking and behavior. It is also a spiritual force that enables enterprises to achieve sustainable development and personal growth and progress of their employees. Without staff spirit and cultural harmony, there is no ideological foundation for the harmonious development of the enterprise, so it is impossible to build a harmonious enterprise.
