如果用“手笔”来比喻某项工作推进思路的话,那么,今年医疗保险的一个大手笔便是灵活就业人员参保政策的出台。继续抓好扩面,是基本医疗保险制度自身发展的需要,是促进就业和再就业的需要,是服务于改革发展稳定大局的需要。劳动保障部副部长王东进日前提出要求,在扩面工作中,各地要继续探索解决国有困难企业职工医疗保障的实现途径和具体办法,着力推进灵活就业的国有企业下岗失业人员参加医疗保险。
