水库移民问题涉及政治、经济、社会、人口、资源、环境、工程技术等众多学科领域,是一项庞大、复杂的社会系统工程,从加速城乡资源的组合与对接、优化区域发展环境、农业产业结构体系建设、资源产业化开发体系建设和加快城镇化进程等方面对湛江市水库移民可持续发展进行了探讨,希望该研究有助于制定和完善新的水库移民政策和法规,为解决水库移民遗留问题和未来水库移民工作提供一些科学依据。
Reservoir resettlement involves many disciplines such as politics, economy, society, population, resources, environment, engineering and technology. It is a huge and complicated social system project. It accelerates the combination and docking of urban and rural resources and optimizes the environment for regional development, agriculture industry The sustainable development of reservoir resettlements in Zhanjiang was discussed in the aspects of the construction of industrial structure, the construction of industrial structure, the development of resource industrialization and the process of urbanization. It is hoped that this study will help to formulate and perfect new policies and regulations on reservoir resettlement. Legacy problems and future reservoir resettlement work to provide some scientific basis.
