目的运用Meta分析方法综合评价肿瘤坏死因子α基因启动子308位点(TNF-α-308)G/A基因多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法电子检索数据库MEDLINE、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆、维普数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库等。应用RevMan 4.2软件进行统计学处理。结果亚洲人群TNF-α-308位点基因型与T2DM密切相关(OR=1.41,95%CI:1.11～1.78,P=0.004),而在欧洲、非洲及总人群中TNF-α-308位点基因型与T2DM无相关性。结论亚洲人群中TNF-α-308基因多态性与T2DM间可能存在关联,但需增加样本量,提高研究质量进一步研究。
Objective To evaluate the association between TNF-α-308 G / A polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) using Meta-analysis. Methods Electronic search database MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, VIP database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, China Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang database. Apply RevMan 4.2 software for statistical analysis. Results The genotype of TNF-α-308 in Asian population was closely related to T2DM (OR = 1.41, 95% CI: 1.11-1.78, P = 0.004) There was no correlation between genotype and T2DM. Conclusion There may be a relationship between polymorphism of TNF-α-308 gene and T2DM in Asian population. However, it is necessary to increase the sample size and improve the quality of the study.
