为尽快使安徽从旅游文化资源大省向旅游文化产业强省迈进,安徽省政府批准设立了皖南国际旅游文化示范区。这一区域不仅旅游文化资源十分丰富,而且旅游文化产业的发展也有一定的基础。但由于示范区多年以来存在的体制性障碍,使得其在旅游文化资源的整合、组织及政策的完善配套上存在诸多问题。因此,加快皖南国际旅游文化示范区建设,必须加强组织实施工作,强化区域合作,加快构建与完善旅游文化产业体系,尽快制定、完善扶持示范区旅游发展的政策措施,加强旅游文化产业人才培养,加大整体营销推介力度。
