5-羟甲基糠醛检查是《中国药典》1985年版规定要求检查的项目,其操作方法繁琐、费时。笔者通过实践,采用一次取样进行直接检查,操作简单、方便。通过计算与《中国药典》要求的方法检查出的A值结果基本一致。1仪器与供试品7520型分光光度计,大输液5%葡萄糖注射液(本院自制),10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液。2方法与结果先按7520型分光光度计的仪器使用操作步骤3的
