后桥大队,位于太行山南麓,月山脚下,1230口人,总耕地400亩,常年种植小麦和玉米。在党的十一届三中全会精神鼓舞下,认真贯彻中央关于加速发展农业的两个重要文件,进一步落实了党的各项政策,战胜了低温、干旱、病虫、干热风等各种自然灾害,在连续四年创千斤的基础上,1979年又夺得了小麦持续高产。全大队358亩小麦,总产达到37.4万余斤,每亩平均1045.2斤。几年来,我们在探讨小麦高产栽培规律方面,有以下体会。
