文章从内容、应用、兼容性等方面探究了GNU自由文档许可证、知识共享协议等主要的开放式授权协议,阐释其对知识生产的促进作用。对于推动开放式授权协议在我国的实践应用具有积极意义。
The article explores the major open license agreements such as GNU Free Documentation License and Knowledge Sharing Agreement from the aspects of content, application and compatibility, and expounds its role in promoting knowledge production. It is of positive significance to promote the practice of open license agreement in our country.
