2006年9月,笔者接到中国摄影家协会活动部的通知来到北京红星胡同61号,方主任向我们布置了“三山”评选的技术鉴定任务。由于主办单位对评选照片提出了“谢绝改变原始影像”的明确要求,因而需要对参加评选的大量数码照片作出是否修改过原始影像的技术鉴定,他说这是摄影评选中第一次引入技术鉴定,因而具有里程碑的意义,同时由于其中大量的数码照片几乎都经过了Photoshop处理,判断怎样处理算是修改,怎样处理可以不算修改,以及这个“度”应当如何掌握,需要我们做一些思考。
