“求”有其复杂的多层面的主体、客体、中介的静态结构，有其动机、目标、方略、计划、调控的动态结构。“求”的诸要亲、诸环节构成有机系统，呈现对立中依存、离散中整合、无序中有序、封闭中开放等系统特征。把握“求”的构成及其特征是自觉驾驭和调控“求”的重要依据，是自觉追求的理性准备。
