根据广东省的地理条件和经济状况 ,选择了 5个农产品化学污染监测网点 ,分布于我省东南西北中。每年夏秋两季在监测点的主要农贸市场现场随机抽样检测 ,2 0 0 0年~ 2 0 0 2年 3年间在各监测网点共采集大米、面粉、肉类、蛋类、鲜奶、海产品、水果、蔬菜等主要食品 14 0 0多份 ,检测各类食品中铅、镉、砷、汞等 4种金属污染物、2 4种有机磷农药残留量和 8种有机氯农药异构体残留量。对照相关国家标准 ,广东省主要食品中铅、镉、砷和汞的合格率分别为 91 9%、88 1%、10 0 %、10 0 %。皮蛋、蔬菜中铅含量以及海产贝类、蔬菜、大米中镉含量合格率较低是存在的主要问题。有机磷农药残留量的检出率和超标率分别为 10 2 %和 5 6 % ;有机氯农药残留量检出率和超标率分别为 18 7%和 2 1%。对照 1992年~ 1996年的全省食品中化学污染物监测数据 ,广东省蔬菜中有机磷农药残留检出率和超标率近年已有大幅度下降 ,说明蔬菜中滥施农药 ,特别是剧毒农药的情况基本得到控制。但大米、蔬菜等主要食物中铅、镉含量相对偏高的问题近 10年来并没有得到明显的改善。
According to the geographical conditions and economic conditions of Guangdong Province, five chemical pollution monitoring stations for agricultural products were selected and distributed in the southeast, northwest and north of our province. Every summer and autumn, random sampling was conducted on the major farmers’ markets in the monitoring sites. Rice, flour, meat, eggs, milk and seafood were collected at all monitoring sites in the three years from 2001 to 2002 , Fruits, vegetables and other more than 140 major foodstuffs, detected 4 kinds of metal pollutants such as lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury, 24 residues of organophosphorus pesticide residues and 8 residues of organochlorine pesticide isomers in various foodstuffs the amount. According to the relevant national standards, the pass rates of lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury in Guangdong’s main food products were 91 9%, 88 1%, 100% and 100% respectively. Precursor eggs, vegetables, as well as lead in seafood shellfish, vegetables, rice, cadmium content is a low pass rate is the main problem. The detection rates and over-standard rates of organophosphorus pesticide residues were 10 2% and 56%, respectively. The detection rates and over-standard rates of organochlorine pesticide residues were 18 7% and 21% respectively. In contrast to the monitoring data of chemical pollutants in food in the province from 1992 to 1996, the detection rate and the excess rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables in Guangdong Province have dropped significantly in recent years, indicating that the excessive use of pesticides in vegetables, especially highly toxic pesticides The situation is basically under control. However, the relatively high levels of lead and cadmium in major foodstuffs such as rice and vegetables have not seen any significant improvement in the past decade.
