山西医大二院血液内科“移植课题组”在为上百例白血病患者成功地施行自体、异体骨髓和干细胞移植的基础上，查阅了大量国内外资料并结合临床实践经验，于１９９９年９月成功地为一位３９岁的男性患者施行了异体干细胞移植。患者先经过３个疗程的一般化疗，病情处于稳定状态。
The “Transplantation Task Force” of the Department of Hematology of Shanxi University of Medicine and Dadar was successful in carrying out autologous and allogeneic bone marrow and stem cell transplantation for hundreds of patients with leukemia. After consulting a large amount of domestic and foreign data and combining clinical practice experience, it succeeded in September 1999. Allogeneic stem cell transplantation was performed for a 39-year-old male patient. The patient first went through 3 courses of general chemotherapy and his condition was stable.
