针对汉语国际教育专业人才培养的纷繁认识和各自为阵的具体做法,文章以解决观念问题为基本出发点,就培养目标等四个具体问题提出了个人见解。培养目标,主要论及地方高校的微观定位;师资队伍建设,强调重在团队合力,在此基础上追求每一个体的精英化;课程设置体系,提出在抓好主体的前提下充分展示特色;实践教学活动,则提出树立“大实践”观念,并依据学校所处区位的内外条件,努力拓展实践天地,更好地为培养人才服务。
In view of the numerous knowledgeable and individual practices of cultivating Chinese international education professionals, the article takes the solution of the concept issue as the basic starting point and puts forward personal opinions on four specific issues such as training objectives. Training objectives, mainly on the micro-positioning of local colleges and universities; teachers team construction, emphasizing on teamwork, on the basis of the pursuit of each individual’s elite; curriculum system, put forward the premise of doing a good job under the premise of full display characteristics; In practice teaching activities, we put forward the idea of establishing a “big practice” and make efforts to expand the world of practice and better serve the cultivation of qualified personnel based on the internal and external conditions of the school.
