该文报道利用3-甲基二环[2.2.2]辛-2-烯-2-羧酸的氧化开环反应合成cis-4-乙酰基环己基甲酸的新方法.该法不仅路线短、条件简单,而且可使总得率由原方法的9.8%提高至17.8%.
This paper reports a novel method for the synthesis of cis-4-acetylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid by the oxidative ring-opening reaction of 3-methylbicyclo [2.2.2] oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid.The method not only has short route, The condition is simple, and the total yield can be increased from 9.8% of the original method to 17.8%.
