针对沥青路面裂缝的修补,通过研究传统灌缝修补工艺存在的不足,开发了条带补缝新工艺,并配套设计了可实现裂缝条带补缝工艺机械化施工的补缝机,为沥青路面裂缝的修补提供了一种修补外观质量和可使平整度更好的新工艺。实践证明:条带补缝工艺对沥青路面的修补效果优于传统灌缝工艺,使用配套的补缝机可实现对沥青路面裂缝的快速一次性修补,具有很好的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the repair of asphalt pavement cracks, a new technology of repairing strip was developed by studying the defects existing in the traditional repairing process of grout, and a supplementary sewing machine was designed to mechanize the construction of repairing cracks. The repair provides a repair appearance quality and can make the new technology better flatness. The practice proves that the tape repair process is superior to the traditional filling process on the asphalt pavement. The use of the supplementary sewing machine can realize the quick one-time repair of the asphalt pavement crack, and has a good application value.
