从安全系统工程学角度，提出煤层开采自燃危险性预先分析概念及其实现基本框架，通过实际调研和理论分析确定了自燃危险性预先分析的一组有效指标．结果表明，用该方法所做的预先分析与实际符合较好．并从安全经济学角度指明自燃危险性预先分析的实现是煤矿实现经济防灭火设计与决策，提高安全、经济效益的重要前提
From the perspective of safety system engineering, the concept of pre-analysis of coal spontaneous combustion danger and the basic framework of its realization are put forward. A set of effective indicators of spontaneous combustion risk pre-analysis are determined through actual investigation and theoretical analysis. The results show that the pre-analysis done by this method is in good agreement with the actual situation. And from the point of view of safety economics, the pre-analysis of the risk of spontaneous combustion is an important prerequisite for achieving the design and decision-making of economic prevention and extinguishment of fires and improving the safety and economic benefits of coal mines
