从中介理论的方法，阐述了医院感染研究中的中介现象，提出了４个论点：医院感染专业人员是临床医学与医院感染学的中介；医院感染专业是临床医学与医院管理学的中介；医院感染管理是临床医学与预防医学的中介；专业人员在医院感染管理中的中介作用。本文借中介理论的观点来强化对医院感染的认识，以推进医院感染专业的发展。
From the intermediary theory, this paper expounds the phenomenon of mediation in the study of nosocomial infection, and puts forward four arguments: nosocomial infection professionals are intermediaries in clinical medicine and nosocomial infection; nosocomial infection is the intermediary of clinical medicine and hospital management; Infection management is an intermediary between clinical medicine and preventive medicine; professionals play an intermediary role in nosocomial infection management. This article, based on the theory of intermediary, strengthens the understanding of nosocomial infection and promotes the development of nosocomial infection.
