求真务实做学问刚直坦荡写人生——访沈阳铸造研究所朴东学研究员

朴东学研究员简介:朴东学,男,朝鲜族,1939年出生。1963年毕业于哈尔滨科技大学冶金系,同年被分到沈阳铸造所工作至今。从实习技术员,技术员做起,直到工程师,高级工程师、研究员。曾参与无炉衬冲天炉、双风带冲天炉项目研究工作。从事过灰铸铁国家标准、高强孕育铸铁、中磷钛钒耐磨铸铁、可锻铸铁、发动机转子和刮片耐磨铸造材料、缸套和活塞环铸造材料等研究。作为项目负责人,从事过中压阀门用高韧性球墨铸铁、杂质泵用耐磨1号、耐磨2号、高钨白口铸铁、0g工程双金属封头、03工程双全属液压马达转子、含硼铬系抗磨白口铸铁、高铬含铜钼白口铸铁、碳钢/白口铸铰双金属复合材料厦工艺、湿态磨料磨损特性及材料、铁素体基耐热钢、多元低合金多相耐磨钢、实型铸造工艺及应用,多元低合金抗磨铸铁、不含贵重元素的新型耐磨钢等30余项研究工作。其中,2项科研成果获国家科学进步奖,8项获部、省级科技进步一、二等奖,还有多项获部,省级科技进步三等奖。撰写过70多篇学术报告或学术论文,其中1篇作为中国官方论文在第55届世界铸造会议上宣读,并获优秀论文称号;1篇作为中方宣读论文在第60届世界铸造会议上宣读;5篇论文在其他国际性会议上宣读,20余篇在国内会议上宣读,并发表于学术刊物。曾担任铸造所铸铁研究室技术主任,组织完成了若干重大科研项目,筹备和建立了铸造所铸铁熔炼实验室、磨损实验室和腐蚀实验室等。培养硕士研究生14名。 Park Dong Xue Researcher Profile: Park Dong-hsueh, male, Korean, born in 1939. He graduated from the Department of Metallurgy of Harbin University of Science and Technology in 1963 and was assigned to Foundry in Shenyang in the same year. He has authored over 70 academic reports or dissertations, one of which was read as the official Chinese paper at the 55th World Foundry Conference and was awarded the title of Outstanding Thesis; one was read out as a Chinese Readout Paper at the 60th World Foundry Conference; Five papers were presented at other international conferences, more than 20 were presented at national conferences and published in academic journals. He has served as technical director of foundry’s cast iron laboratory, organized a number of major research projects, and prepared and set up cast iron smelting laboratory, wear laboratory and corrosion laboratory.
