目的观察体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石及其引发绞痛的效果。方法本组498例输尿管石,体外冲击波电压根据患者体层厚薄选用10~14 KV,每例冲击800~3000次,(平均1920±300次),行体外冲击波碎石后,常规给抗生素、解痉药及排石汤。结果498例中1次体外冲击波碎石结石排出者为164例(32.9%),2次以上体外冲击波碎石者322例(64.6%);10例(2.0%)发生石街;无效2例转外科治疗;总有效率99.6%。结论体外冲击波碎石术能迅速有效安全地治疗输尿管结石及其引发的绞痛。
Objective To observe the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy on ureteral calculi and angina pectoris. Methods 498 cases of ureteral stone in this group, in vitro shock wave voltage according to the thickness of the patient selection of 10 ~ 14 KV, each impact 800 to 3000 times (average 1920 ± 300 times), extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, conventional antibiotics, solution Spasm medicine and row of stone soup.
