本文对125例新生儿心电图采用通用的明尼苏达编码法进行分类,有编码者100%,各类心电图检出率:心电轴右编100%,右室高电压100%,T 波低平<1/(20)R 波100%,窭性心率100次/分以上100%,QRS 低电压7.2%SP 波高度符合编码要求者0.8%,其他各组各类在本组新生儿心电图中无法编码。结果表明明尼苏达编码适用于新生儿心电图项目虽不多,但其特异性极高。
