目的:测定中国湖北地区健康人群组织多肽抗原(TPA)数据,建立正常参考值,并探讨其影响因素。方法:2013年4-10月采集144例健康成年体检者静脉血3ml,测定TPA值。再分别测定部分慢性支气管炎、肺结核、风湿病、肺心病患者血清TPA水平,以及加入干扰物胆红素、血红蛋白、甘油三酯后健康人标本的TPA水平,与正常参考值进行统计学分析。结果:144名健康人TPA正常参考值为0-129.28 U/L,与西方人参考范围0-72U/L(厂家提供的)比较,中国人群的TPA值偏高。男性与女性健康人TPA无显著性差异(P>0.05),男性组TPA为(70.32±3.51)U/L,正常参考值为0-133.87U/L;女性组TPA为(62.46±3.48)U/L,正常参考值为0-140.34U/L。我们将体检者按年龄每10岁分为一组(共分为4组),各年龄组间无统计学差异(P>0.05,表4):20-29岁组TPA为(65.23±5.46)U/L,30-39岁组TPA为(57.94±4.80)U/L,40-49岁组TPA为(71.24±5.44)U/L,50岁以上组TPA为(68.90±4.26)U/L。脂血、黄疸血、溶血标本对TPA检测的偏差均在±10%内。此外,在检测的肺部良性疾病患者中有3例慢性阻塞性肺病患者、4例肺心病患者血清TPA超出本研究参考范围。结论:建立湖北地区健康人群TPA参考范围,不受性别及年龄的影响。一些良性疾病患者血清TPA水平会假性升高,脂血、溶血、黄疸血不会影响TPA的检测水平。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the tissue polypeptide antigen (TPA) data of healthy people in Hubei Province, China, establish the normal reference value and discuss the influencing factors. Methods: From April to October in 2013, venous blood samples of 144 healthy adults were collected and measured for TPA. The levels of serum TPA in patients with chronic bronchitis, tuberculosis, rheumatism and cor pulmonale and the levels of TPA in healthy volunteers after intervention of interferon bilirubin, hemoglobin and triglyceride were measured separately and compared with the normal reference values. Results: The normal reference value of TPA for 144 healthy people was 0-129.28 U / L, which was higher than the reference range of 0-72U / L for western people (provided by the manufacturer). There was no significant difference in TPA between male and female (P> 0.05). TPA in male was (70.32 ± 3.51) U / L, normal reference was 0-133.87U / L, and female in TPA was (62.46 ± 3.48) U / L, the normal reference value is 0-140.34U / L. We divided the physical exams into groups of 10-year-olds, divided into 4 groups. There was no significant difference among all age groups (P> 0.05, Table 4). The TPA in 20-29 age group was (65.23 ± 5.46) The serum level of TPA in the group of 30-39 years old was (57.94 ± 4.80) U / L, that of the group of 40-49 years old was (71.24 ± 5.44) U / L, that of the group of 50 years old was (68.90 ± 4.26) U / L . Lipid blood, jaundice blood, hemolytic specimens on the TPA test deviations were within ± 10%. In addition, 3 patients with COPD were detected in patients with benign lung disease and 4 patients with CPD were beyond the reference range of this study. Conclusion: Establishing the reference range of TPA for healthy population in Hubei province is not affected by gender and age. Some patients with benign disease serum TPA levels will be falsely elevated, lipids, hemolysis, jaundiced blood will not affect the level of detection of TPA.
