目的 探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TVP)常见并发症及其处理,总结防治经验,以提高TVP的治疗效果。方法 回顾有症状的行TVP术的前列腺增生症(BPH)患者82例,对并发症的发生及处理方法随访3个月。结果 本组无死亡病例,前列腺包膜穿孔致电切综合症1例,继发性出血2例,暂时性尿失禁3例,尿道狭窄5例,阳痿5例,逆行射精32例。结论 TVP与经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)有相似的并发症发生。精细地操作、有效地控制尿路感染可以减少TVP术后并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the common complications and treatment of transurethral vaporization of the prostate (TVP) and summarize the prevention and treatment experience to improve the therapeutic effect of TVP. Methods Eighty-two patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) who underwent TVP were retrospectively reviewed. The incidence of complications and the treatment methods were followed up for 3 months. Results There were no deaths in this group. There were 1 case of electroporation syndrome caused by prostatic capsular perforation, 2 cases of secondary bleeding, 3 cases of temporary urinary incontinence, 5 cases of urethral stricture, 5 cases of impotence and 32 cases of retrograde ejaculation. Conclusions TVP has similar complications with transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Fine operation, effective control of urinary tract infection can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of TVP.
