本文采用理论计算和实验应力分析相结合的方法,从强度、刚度着手,对660t双面腭式平板压力机的破坏原因进行了分析。分析结果确认该机发生破坏的原因是它的四根立柱的强度、刚度不够,兼之每根立柱独立承载而未连成整体,致使立柱根部产生较大裂纹,降低压力机吨位,影响产品质量。针对它的强度、刚度不足的原因,结合该机实际结构和生产情况,作者提出在压力机的四个悬臂梁的自由端固结在横梁上,即将压力机的悬臂式结构变为龙门式结构,以防止因强度、刚度不够而产生较大的变形和破坏。
In this paper, the theoretical calculation and experimental stress analysis of a combination of methods, starting from the strength, stiffness, 660t double-sided palatal tablet presses the cause of the damage were analyzed.
