无锡市作为江苏省重要的经济中心城市之一,工业发达,商业繁盛,农副产品丰富,市场体系基本形成,经纪人工作十分活跃,全市大部分区县成立了经纪人协会,并于去年率先成立了技术经纪人分会,引起各方面的特别关注。无锡市经纪人协会为更好地学习贯彻党的十六大精神,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,与时俱进地发展中介服务机构和经纪人队伍,进一步加强经纪人协会建设。于2002年12月18日召开了无锡市经纪人协会一届二次理事会。会议根据当前形势和今后任务,调整并增补了协会领导班子。会上,新当选的无锡市经纪人协会会长、无锡市工商局助理调研员陈坚发表重要讲话,对2003年度工作作了全面部署;协会副会长兼秘书长、无锡市工商局市场合同处处长徐加清报告了2002年度工作总结,为积极开创无锡市经纪人工作新局面,进一步推动无锡市经纪人工作再上一个新台阶作了规划。本刊辟出版面刊发,以期对其他地区的经纪人协会工作有所启迪。
As one of the important economic center cities in Jiangsu Province, Wuxi has developed industry, prosperous commerce, abundant agricultural and sideline products, basically formed market system, and its agents work very actively. In most of the city, Wuxi established the Association of Brokers and took the lead in establishing last year Technical Brokers Branch, aroused special attention in all aspects. In order to better study and implement the spirit of the 16th National Party Congress, Wuxi Association of Brokers takes the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ as guidance, develops intermediary service agencies and broker teams with the times, and further strengthens the construction of broker associations. On December 18, 2002 Wuxi City Association of brokers held a second council. Based on the current situation and future tasks, the conference adjusted and supplemented the leadership of the association. At the meeting, the newly elected Wuxi City Association of Brokers, Wuxi City AIC assistant researcher Chen Jian delivered an important speech on the 2003 annual work made a full deployment; Association Vice President and Secretary General, Wuxi City AIC Market Contract Director Xu Jiaqing reported the summary of the work in 2002, in order to actively create a new situation in Wuxi city brokers work to further promote the work of brokers in Wuxi to a new level of planning. This issue is published in print, with a view to inspire the work of the Association of Brokers in other regions.
