1998年3月18日,中共北京市委宣传部召开新闻改革研讨会。会上,北京晚报、北京青年报的几位同志分别就新闻宣传如何把握导向、发挥优势、办出特色、开拓创新作了发言。北京市委副书记李志坚在讲话中强调:当前新闻媒体间的市场竞争很激烈,迎接竞争,唯有改革。市属新闻单位一定要善于学习,善于总结,进一步解放思想、实事求是,以观念的改革、机制的改革、用人制度的改革、管理方式的改革、体制的创新来扩大吸引受众,推动新闻宣传工作上新水平。 本刊现将市委常委、宣传部长龙新民同志的文章和研讨会上部分同志的发言刊登出来,供大家参考。
March 18, 1998, Beijing Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department held a news seminar.
