本文报告甲地孕酮硅橡胶阴道避孕环对19只育龄雌性恒河猴动物模型的实验病理研究。试验分高、低剂量及对照三组。结果表明:高剂量能抑制排卵,低剂量不干扰或仅轻微影响卵泡成熟及黄体功能。所有用药组子宫内膜呈萎缩性改变,这可能是抗生育作用的主要机理。各内脏未见明显毒性反应和肿瘤形成。说明适当剂量的甲硅环是一种令人满意而有效的避孕药具。本文还观察9只超高剂量组中的2只动物尸检材料,其主要变化为生殖系统的萎缩性改变。
This article reports the experimental and pathological study of 19 gestational age female Rhesus macaque animal models of megestrol silicone vaginal ring. Test points high, low dose and control three groups. The results showed that: high dose can inhibit ovulation, low dose does not interfere with or only slightly affect the follicular maturation and luteal function. All treatment groups were atrophic endometrial changes, which may be the main mechanism of anti-fertility. No significant internal organs of the toxic reaction and tumor formation. Description of the appropriate dose of silicon ring is a satisfactory and effective contraceptives. This article also observed the autopsy material of 2 animals in 9 super high dose group, the main change was the atrophic change of the reproductive system.
