分析了几种典型的自动测试系统对数据采集模块的要求，介绍了为了满足我国VXI总线自动测试系统的需求而研制的一种VXI总线多功能数据采集模块。
This paper analyzes the requirements of several typical automatic test systems for data acquisition modules and introduces a multi-functional VXI bus data acquisition module developed to meet the requirements of our country’s VXI bus automatic test system.
