自从1993年,经济结构战略调整一直是我国经济发展战略的核心。2008年下半年以来,我国的实体经济受到国际金融危机的冲击,结构性问题更加突出,暴露出了新问题和制约因素。但国际金融危机也为我国经济结构调整带来了前所未有的动力和机遇,经济结构调整出现了新的迹象。

Since 1993, the readjustment of the economic structure has always been the core of our economic development strategy. Since the second half of 2008, the real economy in our country has been hit by the global financial crisis. The structural problems have become more prominent, exposing new problems and constraints.
