文章首先以浙江为例从外贸出口额回落、外需市场萎缩、出口负增长三个方面分析了金融危机对外贸企业的影响,接下来从企业层面包括市场、并购、绿色三个视角和政府层面包括市金融机构、资本市场、外汇管理三个视角提出了相应对策,最后以浙江海宁、温州、宁波、台州等地外贸企业的成功实践进行了探讨。
First of all, the article takes Zhejiang as an example to analyze the impact of the financial crisis on foreign trade enterprises from three aspects: the export volume decline, the shrinking external demand market and the negative export growth. Then from the perspective of the enterprise, including the market, M & A and green, Financial institutions, capital markets and foreign exchange management. Finally, the successful practices of foreign trade enterprises in Haining, Wenzhou, Ningbo and Taizhou of Zhejiang are discussed.
