针对煤矿行业的具体情况,对煤矿机械设备虚拟装拆技术的应用进行了研究分析。主要对三维实体建模、装卸过程中的装配序列、装配路程和装配时间进行了分析。从相关研究结果表明,虚拟装拆技术对煤矿机械设备故障的检修与维护工作提供了一个有力的技术保障,大大提高了煤矿的经济效益。
According to the specific situation of the coal industry, the application of the virtual disassembly and assembly technology of coal mine machinery and equipment was studied and analyzed. Mainly on the three-dimensional solid modeling, loading and unloading process in the assembly sequence, assembly distance and assembly time were analyzed. From the relevant research results show that the virtual assembly and disassembly technology provides a powerful technical support for the overhaul and maintenance of coal mine machinery equipment failures, greatly improving the economic benefits of coal mines.
