本文观察了单纯注射超氧化物歧化酶和脂质体及脂肪乳携带超氧化物歧化酶渗入小白鼠红细胞的能力。发现脂质体及脂肪乳携带超氧化物歧化酶渗入小白鼠红细胞的能力比单纯注射超氧化物歧化酶大(P<0.05~0.01)。该结果为解决超氧化物歧化酶渗入细胞发挥治疗作用提供了简易方法和实验根据。
This article observed the simple injection of superoxide dismutase and liposomes and lipid emulsion carrying superoxide dismutase into the ability of red blood cells in mice. It was found that liposomes and lipid emulsions were more able to infiltrate red blood cells of mice than superoxide dismutase (P <0.05-0.01). The results provide a simple method and experimental basis for solving the therapeutic effect of superoxide dismutase into cells.
