民营企业经过20多年的发展,完成了资金的原始积累,进入2 1世纪后面临着如何提升自己的竞争地位和发展战略,增强自身的核心竞争力,如何进行制度创新向更高层次过渡,也就是民营企业的“二次创业”。这对于中国经济结构战略性调整和产业的升级换代,都具有特别重要的意义。为此,我们特邀北京大学中国民营企业研究所执行所长王在全就这些人们普遍关注的问题进行诠释,以飨读者。
After 20 years of development, private enterprises have completed the initial accumulation of funds. After entering the 21st century, they are faced with how to enhance their competitive position and development strategy, enhance their core competitiveness, and how to carry out institutional innovation to a higher level. It is the “second venture” of private enterprises. This is of special significance to the strategic adjustment of China’s economic structure and the upgrading of the industry. To this end, we specially invited Wang Zaiquan, executive director of the China Private Enterprise Research Institute of Peking University, to interpret these issues of general concern to the readers.
