在我局某工程中一个13.0×9.O米小型会議室的承重结构采用了钢筋混凝土八角形网格梁。整个梁板成为一空间格架体系,对于承受上层走道及横隔墙起到良好的整体作用。投入使用后,受力情况及挠度限值完全符合要求。其优点是:(1)由于纵横方向粱板成一整体,很好地承受了三层很多的走道及房间横隔墙所引起的荷重。(2)室内加以一定装饰后亦相当美观。(3)较之普通梁式肋形楼盖节省混凝土及钢筋数量(4)无需顶棚,因之降低房屋层高、但施工时,模板支设较复杂,需要在采用定型模板的基础上加以改进。
A reinforced concrete octagonal grid beam was used for the load-bearing structure of a 13.0×9.O meter small conference room in a project of the Bureau of the National People’s Congress. The entire beam plate becomes a space grid system, which plays a good overall role in bearing the upper walkway and the transversal partition wall. After being put into use, the stress conditions and deflection limits fully meet the requirements. The advantages are: (1) Due to the vertical and horizontal orientation of the jaws as a whole, the load caused by the three-story walkways and the transversal walls of the room is well tolerated. (2) It is also quite beautiful after a certain decoration in the interior. (3) Compared with ordinary beam-type ribbed floor slabs, the number of concrete and steel bars can be saved. (4) No roof is required, so the height of the house is reduced. However, when the construction is carried out, the support of the formwork is more complicated and it needs to be improved on the basis of the stereotyped formwork. .
