为了解四川毛木耳主栽区发菌棚内外的细菌数量和主要种类,在四川省毛木耳主栽区的接种季节,对毛木耳发菌棚内外空气中24 h的细菌数量进行检测,并分析了其与棚内外空气温度和湿度的关系。凌晨1:00-5:00时间段中空气细菌数量较小,而影响检测时间内细菌数量的主要因素是空气湿度。对分离所得细菌进行鉴定,结果表明,检测时间内空气中主要的细菌属于芽孢杆菌属。因此,发菌棚内外的空气细菌数量具有较强的时间性,种类则以芽孢杆菌为主。
In order to understand the bacterial species and major species inside and outside of the main fungus shed in the main fungus, the quantity of bacteria in the air inside and outside of the fungus fungi shed for 24 h was detected and analyzed in the season of inoculation in the main fungus. Its relationship with the shed air temperature and humidity inside and outside. The number of bacteria in the air during 1: 00-5: 00 am is relatively small, and the main factor affecting the number of bacteria in the test period is air humidity. The isolated bacteria were identified, the results showed that the main bacteria in the air within the detection time belongs to the genus Bacillus. Therefore, the number of bacterial bacteria inside and outside the bacteria shed has a strong temporal nature, the type is Bacillus-based.
