挖掘机作业环境恶劣,尤其在夏天高温环境作业,加上发动机和液压系统发热,造成挖掘机驾驶室内温度更高。为改善驾驶员的作业条件,目前挖掘机普遍配置了空调系统。小型挖掘机空调系统受发动机功率限制,其功率配置较小,制冷效果受到影响。本文以某小型挖掘机为例,讲述其如何通过改变冷凝器安装位置、优化蒸发箱风道和隔热层结构,提高制冷效果。1.空调系统制冷原理空调系统主要由压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、干燥瓶和蒸发器等组成,如图
