对延吉市中小学部分教师观课调研表明,课堂教学改革促使教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式发生了巨大的转变,师生得到了进步与发展。但同时部分学校的领导和一些教师在课改理念的认识层面、教学能力水平、知识水平方面还有欠缺,教师的课堂导学、环节把控与课堂管理等能力方面还有待提高,严重阻碍了我市中小学课堂教学改革的步伐。提高教师的课改认识,提升教师的教研能力,是校长这个课改舵手的关键所在。
