笔者旨在简单分析我国历经10年的城乡居民医疗保险制度的整合概况和困境。随着城乡经济一体化的迅速发展,困扰我国多年的城乡经济二元结构的矛盾得到了根本性的解决。城乡社会医疗保险差距的问题也逐渐提上了国家的议事日程,整合城乡居民基本医疗保险制度具有里程碑意义,也是顺应民意的社会保险改革大事。
The author aims to briefly analyze China’s 10 years of urban and rural residents in the medical insurance system integration overview and predicament. With the rapid development of economic integration between urban and rural areas, the contradiction between the dual structure of urban and rural economy that plagued our country for many years has been fundamentally solved. The issue of the social health insurance gap between urban and rural areas has also gradually been put on the agenda of the country. The integration of urban and rural residents’ basic medical insurance system is a milestone and a major social security reform subject to public opinion.
