我国竞技游泳项目核心力量训练,大致划分为提出阶段、引入阶段、发展与创新三个阶段。目前,核心力量训练越来越受到高水平运动队的重视,核心力量和核心稳定性的训练已经成为教练员训练计划中必不可少的一部分。但我国对核心力量的研究较晚,直到上个世纪80、90年代时,我国对核心区的训练还没有建立一个完整的训练意识,只一味的增加负荷,提高训练强度,其结果是,当运动员的体能刺激达到一个瓶颈期时,仅仅四肢力量达到一个巅峰,但是体内的力量传导部位却略显缺
