一、案例导读近几年,越来越多的外地人口涌入我市,与之相伴的是每学期都有一定数量的外地学生需插班借读,而我校地处城郊结合部,是外来人口比较聚集的地方,小美一家就是这支流动大军中的一员。小女孩的名字虽然很美,但外表却一点也不漂亮,甚至有点讨人嫌,她衣着破旧、肮脏,一头稀疏的黄发更昭示着营养不良。从进入我的视野起,她就那么胆怯、拘束,甚至还有几分木讷。在课堂上她从不举手发言,课余除了偶尔与几个同是外地来的学生聊上几句外,更多时候保持那种与“十岁”这个年龄阶段极不相符的冷漠与孤独。
