目的比较LigaSure血管闭合钳清洗消毒流程改进前后的清洗质量。方法 2013年1月1日-10月22日医院对LigaSure血管闭合钳采取两种管理方法,按实施不同方法的先后时间顺序分为A组(改进前)和B组(改进后),并对其清洗质量进行回顾性对比分析。结果运用标准化流程管理后,LigaSure血管闭合钳的整体合格率为98.4%,明显高于标准化流程管理前的83.9%。结论对LigaSure血管闭合钳清洗消毒流程实行标准化流程管理能有效保障器械使用的安全性。
Objective To compare the quality of cleaning before and after improvement of LigaSure vascular closure forceps cleaning and disinfection process. Methods From January 1 to October 22, 2013, the hospital adopted two management methods for LigaSure vessel occlusion forceps, which were divided into A group (before improvement) and B group (after improvement) according to chronological order of implementation of different methods. The cleaning quality of a retrospective comparative analysis. Results The overall pass rate of LigaSure vascular closure forceps was 98.4% using standardized procedure management, significantly higher than the 83.9% before standardized procedure management. Conclusion The standardized procedure management of the LigaSure vascular closure forceps cleaning and disinfection process can effectively protect the safety of the instruments.
