应用上报所用的YL-016型银催化剂,研究了在190°~230℃和10atm下乙烯(4.0~4.4%),空气(O_26.0~6.7%)在该催化剂上的反应动力学,提出了该反应的化学模型为求得了各个反应的动力学速度式及有关动力学参数。本试验还实测了当反应气内含有微量的二氯乙烷时对该反应的影响,验证了所提出的速度式在原料气中含有7.7%二氧化碳时的适用性,本研究结果可供反应器数模放大之用。
The reaction kinetics of ethylene (4.0 ~ 4.4%) and air (O ~ 26.0 ~ 6.7%) on the catalyst at 190 ~ 230 ℃ and 10 atm was studied using the YL-016 type silver catalyst used in this paper. The chemical model of the reaction was calculated for each reaction kinetic velocity and kinetic parameters. This experiment also measured the effect on the reaction when a small amount of dichloroethane was contained in the reaction gas and verified the applicability of the proposed velocity model with 7.7% carbon dioxide in the feed gas. The results of this study are available to the reactor Digital amplification.
