柴油异构降凝装置综合能耗达 41.52kgoe/t,比国内同类型先进装置高 9% 以上,其中电耗占比达34.2%。本文从大型用电设备的运行优化、工艺参数控制、设备设施维护等几个方面来降低电单耗,并根据过程能力指数 CPK 的计算结果来衡量优化效果。“,”The comprehensive energy consumption of diesel isomeric pour point depressant reaches 41.52kgoe/t,It is more than 9% higher than the domestic advanced devices of the same type.
