目的 :观察黄精多糖制剂奥得福尔治疗生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机、开放、平行、对照的方法 ,应用奥得福尔喷剂(WS)和奥得福尔霜剂 (WC) ,同时以阿昔洛韦软膏 (AO)作为对照 ,治疗性病门诊确诊的生殖器疱疹患者5组各80例 (共400例 ) ,观察临床疗效及其不良反应。结果 :WS开放组的总有效率为92 50 % ,平行组为91 25 % ;WC开放组的总有效率为93 75 % ,平行组为91 25 %。WS组 (开放组 +平行组 )在3天内起效的达64 38 % ,7天内起效的达91 88 % ;WC组 (开放组 +平行组 )在3天内起效的达68 13 % ,7天内起效的达91 88 % ;两者起效时间平均比AO组提前2天。所有病例均无严重不良反应 ,患者依从性好。结论 :奥得福尔治疗生殖器疱疹起效快、疗程短、疗效显著 ,且应用方便、安全
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Polygonatum polysaccharide preparation Oderfort in the treatment of genital herpes. Methods: Randomized, open, parallel and controlled methods were used to treat Orthopaerd (WS) and Oderfor cream (WC). At the same time acyclovir ointment (AO) The diagnosis of genital herpes patients in each group of 80 patients (400 cases), to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.
