为研究湿式离合器摩擦片分离起始状态油膜承载力,建立了固定摩擦副间隙的油膜承载力模型,采用有限元方法求解了摩擦副间油膜压力分布,对比分析了无油槽摩擦副与径向槽摩擦副间的油膜承载力。通过对不同结构参数油槽的油膜承载力的仿真计算,研究了油槽深度、个数和槽占比对承载力的影响,得出了提高承载力的油槽合理结构参数,为合理选择摩擦片的结构设计提供理论依据。
In order to study the bearing capacity of the oil film at the initial state of the friction clutch, the oil film bearing capacity of the fixed friction pair clearance was established.
