我们曾加工过如图1所示的细长丝杠,其长度与螺纹中径比值为148左右,材料为45号钢,调质至HRC28~30。加工这类细长丝杠的困难确实很多,我们采取了一些措施,使加工后的丝杠达到了各项技术要求。现将我们的点滴体会介绍如下。一、刀具由于细长丝杠刚性很弱,为减少振动和变形,必须尽量减小切削力,这也是我们在考虑刀具诸因素时的基本出发点。刀具参数如下: 外圆粗车刀:主偏角90~92°,副偏角5~7°,前角30°,后角10°,刀尖有R0.2~R0.3的圆弧,它起到了相当于倒棱的作用,可以增加主切削刃的强度。外圆精车刀:主偏角45°,副偏角45°,前角30°,后角12°。
