针对高压油气井用含Cr不锈钢油套管材料的腐蚀问题,简要介绍了含Cr钢国内外的发展和应用过程,从腐蚀的影响因素方面主要分析了含Cr钢的腐蚀性能随温度、CO2分压、不同共存环境的影响机制和腐蚀特征,分析说明了含Cr钢抗SCC性能的作用机制及其影响因素,并就目前含Cr钢腐蚀性能研究和工程应用所存在问题提出了今后的研究方向。
In view of the corrosion of Cr-containing stainless steel casing materials in high-pressure oil and gas wells, the development and application of Cr-containing steel at home and abroad are briefly introduced. The corrosion factors of Cr-containing steel with temperature, Pressure and different coexisting environments, the mechanism and the influencing factors of SCC resistance of Cr-containing steel were analyzed and explained, and the future research directions were put forward on the existing problems of corrosion resistance and engineering application of Cr-containing steel .
