研究了两个不同温度的圆柱体在相互热压时,其间的接触热传导系数与热工件的初始温度及压力之间的关系。在实验室条件下,对特殊点的温度进行连续测定,利用有限差分技术,建立了温度场的近似计算模型,采用试错反算法,得到各种条件下1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的热传导系数的近似值。研究结果表明,压力是影响接触热传导系数的主要因素。
The relationship between the contact heat transfer coefficient and the initial temperature and pressure of hot workpieces during the hot pressing of two cylinders with different temperatures was studied. Under laboratory conditions, the temperature of special points was continuously measured. The approximate calculation model of temperature field was established by using finite difference technique. The approximate value of thermal conductivity of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel under various conditions was obtained by trial and error inversion method. The results show that pressure is the main factor affecting the contact heat transfer coefficient.
