目的改变保洁人员手卫生观念,提高保洁人员手卫生依从性和手卫生效果,为患者创造安全的诊疗环境。方法运用“知-信-行”理论管理保洁人员手卫生,手卫生前后分别对在岗的保洁员随机进行洗手方法和手卫生效果监测。结果管理前后保洁人员手卫生方法、搓手时间、干手方法和洗手效果具有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论运用“知-信-行”理论对保洁员实施岗前和在职手卫生知识培训、手卫生方法演练培训、不定期进行督导检查与考核、随时反馈检查与考核结果,及时指导纠偏、适时落实奖励措施,对提高保洁人员手卫生依从性和手卫生实施效果具有显著性意义。
Objective To change the hand hygiene concept of the cleaning staff, improve hand hygiene compliance and hand hygiene effect of the cleaning staff, and create a safe treatment environment for the patient. Methods Using the theory of “knowledge - letter - line” to manage the hand hygiene of the cleaning staff, the hand cleaning method and the hand hygiene effect monitoring were performed on the cleaning staff on the job before and after the hand hygiene respectively. Results Before and after the management of hand hygiene staff cleaning methods, rubbing time, hand method and hand washing effect was significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion The “knowledge - letter - line” theory is used to carry out pre and post occupational hand hygiene training and hand hygiene training for the cleaning staff. The supervision and examination are conducted irregularly and the results of examination and assessment are fed back at any time to timely guide the correction. The timely implementation of incentive measures has significant significance for improving hand hygiene compliance and hand hygiene implementation effect among cleaning workers.
