本文用CTS—16型超声波诊断仪,对60名运动员(男女各一半)和60名非运动员(男女各一半)进行了M型超声心动图探测。对男女运动员组和非运动员组分别比较了左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室后壁舒张末期厚度、左室后壁收缩末期厚度、室间隔舒张末期厚度、左室心肌重量及左室心肌重量指数等7项左心室结构指标,结果运动员组均大于非运动员组(P<0.01)。在所比较的左心室功能指标中运动员组的搏出量和心输出最大于非运动员组,心率、射血分数和单位心肌射血则运动员组小于非运动员组。
This article uses the CTS-16 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, 60 athletes (half male and female) and 60 non-athletes (male and female half) were M type echocardiography. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic thickness, left ventricular end-systolic thickness, left ventricular end-diastolic thickness, left ventricular myocardial weight, Left ventricular myocardial mass index and other seven left ventricular structural parameters, the results of the athletes were greater than non-athletes group (P <0.01). In the comparison of left ventricular function indicators, the stroke volume and cardiac output of the athletes group were the largest in the non-athlete group, and the heart rate, ejection fraction and unit cardiac ejection were lower in the athlete group than in the non-athlete group.
